7-Day Money-Back Policy:

If you change your mind within 7 days of purchase, you may return the product for a refund provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

14-Day Exchange Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 14 days for an exchange or store credit. Items must be in resaleable condition and include original packaging and proof of purchase.

If your product has an issue:

We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before completing an exchange or refund. If we confirm a manufacturer's fault, we will repair or replace as per the manufacturer's terms. If we cannot offer a repair or replacement, we will issue a refund. All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and complete accessories, instruction manuals, and software, whenever possible, in its original packaging.

Manufacturer Warranty

Mobile phones, computers, tablets, and gaming consoles include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. Repairs during this period may be handled through authorised repair agents.

Customers must ensure all data is securely backed up and removed before returning any product. Any device returned may be reset, updated, or restored as part of diagnostic or repair procedures.
